Why am I Running?
Experience, Dedication, Results

Building a brighter future
I’m running for California’s Assembly District 40 because I believe in strong leadership that transforms lives and strengthens communities. Our district is diverse, dynamic, and full of opportunity—and every family deserves safe neighborhoods, strong schools, affordable housing, and good-paying jobs.

I am committed to investing in our communities, supporting small businesses, and creating pathways for economic mobility. Equity, fairness, and inclusivity must guide every decision so that no one is left behind.

With experience in education, business, and advocacy, I know the value of collaboration. By working together with local leaders, residents, and organizations, we can tackle the issues that matter most: education, infrastructure, healthcare, and environmental protection.

I also believe in the power of culture, creativity, and innovation to strengthen our community. From education to the arts to entrepreneurship, giving people the tools to grow benefits us all.

With your support, we can build a brighter, more equitable future for every resident of District 40—where families thrive, businesses prosper, and opportunity is within reach for everyone.
Andreas' Vision for AD40
I am an educator, but I also run an education business. We are proud to serve as a vendor in many school districts, with facility clearances across multiple schools. Running an education business is no small feat—it requires a deep understanding of the education system, curriculum development, and, most importantly, the needs of students.

What I’ve learned is that too often, what’s missing in our institutions is the entrepreneurial spirit—the ability to innovate, adapt, and find creative solutions when traditional approaches fall short. In Sacramento, I want to bring that same mindset to Assembly District 40.

I have dealt with international matters as an advisor, and national matters through advocacy and my work with the Chamber of Commerce. This experience gives me a broad perspective on problem-solving, while keeping my focus grounded in the needs of our local community.

Our district faces real challenges: economic pressures, housing costs, rising healthcare needs, and the demand for high-quality education and workforce development. These are complex issues that require both compassion and innovation. With my business background and broad experience, I am well-equipped to navigate these challenges efficiently and effectively.

I am not bound by outdated ways of thinking. I believe we must be bold enough to explore new strategies, invest in our communities, and build partnerships that empower families, small businesses, and students alike. That is the kind of leadership I will bring to the State Assembly.
Together, we can foster opportunity, strengthen our local economy, and ensure that every resident of Assembly District 40 has the tools they need to succeed.
Our Mission
Equity and Inclusion for All
We believe that equity and inclusion are the foundation of a stronger, more resilient community. Every family in Assembly District 40 deserves representation that reflects their needs, values, and aspirations.

We are committed to policies that support our diverse communities, strengthen public education, and ensure that every student has access to the tools and opportunities they need to succeed. Our approach is rooted in listening—engaging directly with residents, building coalitions with local stakeholders, and working together to craft solutions that truly serve the people.

By fostering equity and inclusion, we can create a district that empowers students, uplifts teachers, supports working families, and prepares all of us for success in the 21st century. Together, we can build a future where no one is left behind.
